Bathroom: All employees must wash hands before returning to work after bathroom usage. Use paper towels to turn off water and open door before discarding
Kitchen: There is one hand wash sink for the kitchen area to the left of the dishwasher, between the bar and kitchen. The dish sink is not for hand washing.
Bar: There are two sinks within reach for the bar staff, one under each POS. One to the left of the front ice well and the other to the left of the dishwasher, shared with the kitchen staff.
Food Runner: Food Runner can use any of the three sink locations they are closest to.
